Support
A real person reads this inbox. Write to support@getkeepintouch.com and you will get an answer — there is no ticket system and no bot in front of it.
To save a round trip, if something is broken it helps to say which phone and which OS version you are on.
Things worth checking first
Reminders are not arriving
Almost always one of three things, in this order:
- Quiet hours. Nothing is ever scheduled inside them, however overdue someone is — that is deliberate, not a bug. Check Reminders in the app.
- Notification permission. In your phone's own Settings, under KeepInTouch. If notifications are off there, the app cannot ask again from inside itself.
- The daily cap. You choose how many nudges a day you are willing to receive, and once it is reached nothing else arrives that day.
If all three look right and reminders are still silent, write to us with your phone model and OS version.
I called someone but it still says overdue
The app cannot tell that you called. iOS exposes no call-history API at all, and Android restricts call logs to apps that are the default phone or SMS handler. So logging is manual by platform constraint rather than by choice — tap Log that we spoke, or use the button on the nudge itself, which does the same thing without opening the app.
A contact is in the list but is not being nudged
Free accounts get reminders for five people. Any beyond that are kept as dormant: visible, editable and callable, but not nudged. You choose which five are active. Pro removes the limit.
I subscribed and my subscription has not appeared
Purchases go through Apple or Google and can take a moment to reach us. If it has been more than a few minutes, force-quit and reopen the app. If it still has not appeared, write to us with the store you bought from and roughly when.
Deleting your account
It is in the app, under Settings, and it is real deletion: every contact, every logged interaction, every setting and your profile. It is not a flag, and there is no recovery window — so export anything you want to keep first.
If you cannot get into the app to do it, write to support@getkeepintouch.com and we will do it for you.
Refunds
We cannot issue refunds, because we never take your money — Apple and Google do. Refunds go through whichever store you bought from, under their policy.
Privacy questions
Anything about what we store, or a request for a copy or a correction of your data, goes to the same address. The Privacy Policy covers what we hold and why.
