Only the people you pick
The app never reads or uploads your address book. You choose individual people, and on iOS 18 and later the system's own limited-access picker enforces it — so the app genuinely cannot see anyone you did not choose.

Quiet by design
You set the hours, the days, and how many nudges a day you are willing to receive. Nothing arrives inside your quiet hours, however overdue someone is. Dismiss a nudge and it does not come back tomorrow.

One tap to act
The nudge has the call button already on it. One tap from the lock screen and you are talking to them. One tap on the other button and it is logged as done.
What it looks like
About the people in your list
For each person KeepInTouch keeps a name, one phone number, and optionally one email. Nothing else: no addresses, no birthdays, no photos, no social profiles. It never looks anyone up anywhere, never matches contacts between users, and never puts a name or a number into analytics.
The people in your list are not our users and never agreed to be in a database. We treat their details as borrowed.
